When installing VMWare Horizons, you may receive an error after installing simply stating "Install Failed". This could be for a few reasons. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue. If these steps do not work, reach out to IT.

- Run the VMWare installer again with administrative rights by right-clicking it, and clicking on "Run as Administrator".

- Open the installer, but do not click "Agree & Install". Instead, click on "Customize Installation" below the button.

- Under "Additional Features", look for the Install Support for HTML5 Multimedia Redirection and Browser Redirection setting, and uncheck the box. 

- Click on "Agree & Install".
