This article will provide steps on how to clear your browser's cache and cookies. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies is essentially a reset of everything your browser remembers; your browsing history, websites you've logged in to, and so on. Doing this can resolve various issues with some websites, and is usually a good first step to take if you encounter any issues with a website.

The steps to clear your browser cache and cookies depend on what browser you are using. Follow the steps which correspond with the browser you use.

Google Chrome:

1. Click on the three dots at the top right.

2. Click on "Settings" in the options that open up.

3. In the box at the top that says "Search Settings", type in "cookies".

4. In the results, click on "Clear browsing data".

5. Under the "Basic" tab, make sure "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are checked, and that the time range is set to "All time".

6. Click on "Clear Data", and then wait for the operation to be completed.

Close your browser and re-open it, and attempt what you were previously trying to do.

Microsoft Edge:

1. Click on the three dots at the top right.

2. Click on "Settings" in the options that open up.

3. In the left bar under "Settings", click on "Privacy, search, and services".

4. In the resulting window, look under "Clear browsing data", and click on "Choose what to clear" next to "Clear browsing data now".

5. In the resulting window, ensure the time range is set to "All time" and that the "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" checkboxes are checked.

6. Click on "Clear now", and then wait for the operation to be completed.

Close your browser and re-open it, and attempt what you were previously trying to do.
