How to: Add a picture with a link in an email signature

In your email signatures, it is possible to add an image which, when clicked on, links to a desired website.

 

1. Go to outlook.com and sign in.

2. Click on the settings gear at the top right.

3. In the resulting window, go to "Account" and then "Signatures".

 

4. Click on the insert image icon in the signatures window to add your desired image.

 

5. Click on the image to highlight it, then click on the link icon to insert a link.

 

6. Put in the desired web address you'd like to link to when the image is clicked on, then save the signature.
