Location services through MaaS360 are what allow us to track and secure a company phone in the case of it being lost, or stolen. If location services are not enabled in MaaS360, follow the steps below to enable them.
1. Open the MaaS360 app.
2. If prompted, confirm any agreements that pop up. If it's asking to use location, pick "Allow While Using App", and "Allow" notifications as well.
3. Tap on "Settings".
4. Tap on "Locations".
5. Tap on "Turn On in System Settings". This will open the settings app.
6. Scroll to the bottom until you see the MaaS360 settings and open them.
7. Tap on "Location" and change "Allow Location Access" to "Always".
Location is now enabled.
